Literal Lion King Series - Starve

*First of all let me just clear things up by saying I KNOW IT'S A KID'S MOVIE AND THAT'S WHY IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THIS! so please stop using that as an argument.*

OK. This confused me a lot, even as a kid. Think about this. Scar is a selfish asshole, the herds have moved on, there's no food or water, the Pridelands are bare, dry and overrun with selfish hyenas. So why the hell does Sarabi still look healthy?? and it's not just her, they all do. And for some reason, Scar still looks malnourished.

I guess you could argue that since she was still the queen, she would have been properly fed, but would she really?
In the animal kingdom, male lions ALWAYS eat first, it's a hierarchy matter. And if Scar really was as selfish as the film wanted us to believe he was, and he put himself at the top of hierarchy then the hyenas just below him, ranking the rest of the pride as the least important, then Scar and the hyenas would leave almost no food at all for the lionesses. Because hyenas never waste food (they even eat the bones) and there were a LOT of hyenas living at Pride Rock at the time of Simba's return.

I just always thought that seeing Sarabi for the first time since Mufasa's death would have been a lot more dramatic if she lost at least some weight. but no, if anything she kind of looks fatter than she did at the beginning. So i fixed that and made it look a little more realistic.
And i know her back legs look a bit weird, just pretend that she can't stand up very well, due to weakness.

This topic is open for discussion, for once i actually want you guys to comment on the topic rather than the picture itself, i find the 'Literal Lion King' discussions really intersting.
Just to be clear here. The purpose of my 'Literal Lion King' series is just to explore details of the film that are unrealistic or just don't make sense. I'm not attacking this film (i ADORE this film) and I'M WELL AWARE THAT IT'S A KID'S MOVIE and shouldn't be graphic in any way, so it's just for fun basically.
