Poor Mufasa, got lost somewhere in the animation multiverse!

Did anyone else notice how similar some details in The Lion King are to The Land Before Time? People get all defensive and angry accusing Disney of ripping off Kimba The White Lion to make this movie, but i think they took more from this classic Don Bluth film. The best example would be the spirit of the tragically deceased parent appearing in clouds, yes; Lion King perfected this concept, but it certainly wasn't the first animated movie to do it. Secondly, you may notice how 'The Circle of Life' is mentioned in TLBT. Oh yeah! Listen closely next time you watch it. Again, Lion King perfected it, and Land Before Time didn't use it as a theme like TLK did...but still.
I love both films, don't get me wrong. If they did take a few elements from TLBT, i wouldn't really care that much. TLK is still fricken' awesome either way!
