just taking a little break from my 'Literal Lion King' series (ok ok so i'm running out of ideas, ya happy? lol). Anyways here's a fun little piece featuring Simba, Tojo & Nala.
This piece was inspired by a Lion King comic called 'The Orphaned Birds' it's only comic i'm aware of that has Tojo in it. At the last panel of the comic, Tojo is limping and his little bird friends are copying him. i thought it kind of looked like a dance move. and so i wondered 'what if this became a dance craze in the Pridelands?' and Viola! 'The Tojo Shuffle' is born!
it was also inspired by the 80's song 'Lido Shuffle' by the Bozz Scaggs
